Please create a username and password and log in to the Atomix Support. Open a ticket and state your problem then someone will contact you. You will need to provide all the necessary identification data so that the sales operator can generate a new key for you, but you will need to check their Policy for lost serial numbers.
To synchronize the mixer, simply make sure its drivers are installed in the computer, then access Virtual DJ and configure the INPUT-OUTPUT settings. In the INPUT settings, the mixer should be recognized as USB MIDI. Additionally, leave the default values for the driver. Don't change anything because you will encounter other issues with connectivity and functionality.
Virtual DJ doesn't have a built-in sampler. But, you can use an audio editing tool such as Audacity to record your own or download existing samples from: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/samples.html.
